Everything Google just announced: Pixel 4, Pixel Buds, Pixelbook Go Chromebook and more

Google’s annual Made by Google Event was pretty low key this year. The big Pixel 4 phone reveal wasn’t that revelatory thanks to the company dropping bits of information in advance of the event as well as the usual leakfest, though we had a wish list of features we wanted for Google’s Nest and Google Home-branded smart home products. We’re in the thick of it now, so follow along with our livestream or on the Made by Google YouTube channel.

As with the iPhone 11 and Galaxy S10 lines, Google’s Pixel 4 incorporates a lot of computational technology as part of their camera improvements over the Pixel 3, plus many of Google’s experimental technologies debut in it as well.

“Ambient technology” was one of Google’s themes this year — technology as a single system.
